What this service is
Estam lets a business create digital loyalty cards and lets its customers carry them on their phone. The business decides the reward, how many stamps it takes and how long the card is good for.
The business account
- You sign in by email, with a single-use code. Mind who has access to your inbox.
- You are responsible for what your team does with the account.
- You may not use the service to send unsolicited email, or to handle children's data without permission.
The customer's card
- The card is not money: it can't be sold, passed on or exchanged for cash.
- The card link is personal. Whoever has the link can see the stamps.
- If the card is being abused, the business can block it and its rewards.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service up, but there can be downtime for maintenance or for reasons outside our hands. If it looks like a long one, we'll email you.
Changes and cancelling
If we change these terms, we'll tell you a reasonable time in advance. You can cancel whenever you like from the dashboard; export your data before you go.
